Design and Application of the Downhole Screw Boosting Drilling Device

摘要 为了提高机械钻速,降低钻井成本,提出了一种新的井下增压装置的设计方法。分析了井下螺杆增压钻井提速装置的工作原理,并对其关键部分进行了改进优化。通过理论计算和试验,得到了弹簧的设计参数与射流破岩的优化参数,指出高压射流在100 MPa高压下,喷射角度为0°,喷头以1 mm/s的速度向前移动时,喷头的最优喷距为6 mm。硬地层2口井的现场试验结果表明,在同等钻进参数条件下,与邻井相比,使用该井下螺杆增压钻井装置的平均机械钻速分别提高了52%和66%。 To improve rate of penetration and reduce drilling cost, a new method to design the downhole boosting device was put forward. The operating principle of the downhole screw boosting drilling acceleration device was analyzed. Its key parts were improved and optimized. The design parameters of spring and the optimized parameters of jet rock-breaking were derived through the theoretical calculation and the test. The optimal jet distance of the nozzle was 6 mm when high-pressure jet was under the pressure of 100 MPa. Finally, the on-site test of two wells in the hard formation shows that under the same drilling parameters, the average rate of penetration of the downhole screw boosting drilling device improves by 52% and 66% , compared with that of neighboring wells.
