摘要
已有若干关于奥-贝球铁断裂方式的研究报告。Voigt R.C.提出,降低等温淬火温度或淬火温度过高,断裂方式逐渐由韧性向脆性转变,合金含Mn量提高也有类似的转变倾向,这些研究成果为断裂机制的深入研究奠定了基础。但作为一种新型的高强韧性铸铁材料,对奥-贝球铁断裂行为的认识还很不够。作者采用SEM、EPMA和光学显微镜,多角度探讨了奥-贝球铁在常温下的断裂机制及其与诸重要冶金因素的关系。
On the basis of research on fracture mechanism of ADI at room temperature, we expounded the fracture behavior of graphites and their surrounding matrix with SEM, EPMA and optical microscope. The microstructure and mechanics features of the matrix which is adjacent to graphites are discussed. It shows that the matrix which surrounds the graphites presents dimpled rupture in general, its fracture mode is better than other areas. But in brittle fracture conditions, graphites are still the shortcuts through which cracks spread.
