摘要 文章以开滦矿区林南仓矿-650水平西大巷为例,在分析其岩性特征等的基础上,认为西大巷的服务年限决定了必须采取有效措施,以达到巷道永久安全使用的目的。决定采用水泥浆加水玻璃进行注浆加固,提高围岩松动圈的自撑能力和承载能力,使其有效抵御深部围岩的变形压力。研究结果表明,锚注支护效果显著,并取得了良好的技术和经济效益。 Taking the -650 level west roadway of Linnancang Mine in Kailuan Mining Area as a case and based on the analysis on the lithological features and others, the paper held that effective measures should be taken depended on the service years of the west roadway in order to reach the permanent safety application purpose of the roadway. The cement grout with sodium silicate was applied to the grouting reinforcement in order to improve the self support ability and the loading capacity of the loose ring in the surrounding rock and thus to effectively resist the deformation pressure of the deep surrounding rock. The study results showed that the bolt and grouting support effect was obvious with excellent technical and economic benefits.
