摘要
应用计算流体动力学软件,对双锥体无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟,通过现场实际测试结果比较,双锥体无压给料三产品重介质旋流器比传统无压给料三产品重介质旋流器E值减小0.01左右,数量效率提高2.26%,运行功率降低24kW,改进后的旋流器高效节能效果显著。
The calculated fluid dynamics technology was applied to the comparison and analysis study on the flow field of the three products dual cone heavymedium cyclone with no pressure feeding. An actual production applied inspection was passed. With the comparison on the site actualmeasured results, the E value of the three products dual cone heavymedium cyclone with no pressure feeding would be reduced about 0. 01 than the conventional three products heavymedium cyclone, the quantity efficiency would be improved by 2. 26% and the operation power would be reduced by 24kW. After the improvement, the high efficiency and energy saving of the cyclone would be obvious.
