基于材料和力学性能的半刚性基层厚层路面压实技术 被引量:6

Technology of Compacting Thick Layer Semi-rigid Base Based on Material and Mechanical Properties

摘要 目前半钢性基层压实普遍采用的18t压路机产生的压实作用力约400kN,规范相应的石料压碎值标准为≤30%。为防止采用大吨位压路机进行半刚性基层大厚度压实过程中表面石料被大量压碎。通过室内试验,将压碎值试验压力从规范规定的400kN提高到660kN或800kN,模拟32t振动压路机压实作用力;通过研究压碎值随试验压力的变化规律,认为二者具有良好的相关性,并由此提出了适应32t超重压路机厚层路面压实的石料压碎值标准。同时,路面结构力学计算表明,32t压路机碾压28cm半刚性基层所产生的压应力均大于普通18t压路机作用力440kN时碾压18~20cm半刚性基层所产生的压应力。因此,采用32t振动压路机的厚层路面压实技术是可行的。 The commonly used 18 t roller for semi-rigid base compaction has compaction force about 400 kN, and the corresponding stone crushing value in standard is ~〈30%. In order to prevent the crushing of surface stone of semi-rigid base during compaction by large tonnage roller, the test pressure of crushing value is increased from regulated 400 kN to 660 kN, 800 kN through indoor experiments to simulate the 32 t road roller compaction effort. Through the research of the variation law between stone crushing value and test pressure, it is found that they have good correlation, and the criterion of stone crushing value accommodating 32 t road roller for thick layer compaction is proposed. At the same time, pavement structural mechanics calculation suggested that the compressive stress in the 28 cm semi-rigid base compacted by 32 t road roller is greater than that in 18 -20 cm semi-rigid base compacted by 18 t roller with 440 kN pressure. Thus, the compaction technology for thick layer semi-rigid base based on 32 t road roller is feasible.
