摘要
建立了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化,气相色谱三重四极杆质谱法(GCMS/MS)检测肉制品中百茵清农药残留的方法。样品以乙酸乙酯-环己烷(体积比为1:1)为萃取溶剂,经凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化处理,由气相色谱一三重四极杆质谱在选择反应监测模式下进行测定与确证,外标法定量。百茵清在0.01~0.5mg/L范围内线性关系良好;方法的灵敏度高,定量限(LOQ)为0.008mg/kg;方法的准确度和精密度高,在0.008、0.04、0.1mg/kg3个添加水平下百菌清的回收率在81.1%~101.3%之间,RSD≤8.1%。方法选择性好,抗干扰能力强,可作为测定肉制品中百菌清农药残留的定性定量方法。
GPC, GC--MS/MS were established to determine chlorothalonil residues in meat products. Ethyl acetate-- cyclohexane was taken as extraction solvent. The sample was treated by GPC, then determined and defined by GC--MS/MS under select reaction monitoring. External standard method was used. Chlorothalonil showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.01-0. 5mg/L. The method had high sensitivity, accuracy, precision. LOQ was 0. 008mg/kg. Adding 0. 008, 0.04, 0. 1mg/kg chlorothalonil, respectively, the recovery ratio was 81.1%-01.3%, RSD 48.1%. Good selectivity, strong anti--interference ability methods were taken to determine chlo- rothalonil residues in meat products.
