随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院在面临发展机遇的同时,也经历着严峻的挑战和考验。本文就新形势下复杂的医院发展环境中,如何更好地发挥财务管理作用,顺利实现财务管理转型,以及财务管理转型的必要性与紧迫性进行探讨与交流。
With the deepening of healthcare system reforms, hospitals, when facing opportunities for development, also experience fierce challenges and tests. The article discusses how the hospitals, under the complex new situation, could give better play to financial management and achieve its financial management transformation.
