摘要
为切实提高骨科病人满意度,在分析传统骨科住院病人医技检查流程的基础上,开发"住院病人医技检查网络化预约平台",对骨科住院病人医技检查流程进行优化,为缩短骨科病人医技检查等待时间,缓解医技科室拥挤状况,提高病人对医技检查满意度,提高医院社会效益和经济效益具有重要意义。
In order to improve patient's satisfaction in the orthopedics department, an "inpatient medical examination appointment online platform" was developed based on traditional medical examination flow. The platform is effective for optimizing orthopedics patient's examination flow, shortening their waiting time, alleviating crowding in the examination departments, improving patient's satisfaction for the examinations, and promoting hospital's social and economic benefits.
