摘要
为准确评价城市埋地燃气管道腐蚀情况,需建立城市燃气管道适用的非开挖腐蚀程度评估模型。在分析KENT评分法腐蚀评价模型局限性的基础上,结合管道腐蚀损伤失效理论,全面分析城市燃气埋地钢管腐蚀影响因素,补充完善了评估指标及其分级准则。通过引入现场检测数据可靠度、关联因素权重分配和历史缺陷数据,建立新的城市燃气埋地钢管基于可靠性的腐蚀失效可能性评估模型。该模型是一个半定量评价模型,其中的权重系数采用层次分析法确定。利用某城市管道工程数据代入模型进行试算,所得试算结果与工程开挖检测结果具有很好的一致性,表明该模型在工程上是适用的。
It is held by the authors that in order to accurately evaluate a corrosion situation of urban buried gas pipelines,a suitable model needs to be built for evaluating the situation without excavation.Limitations and insufficiency of KENT scoring method’s corrosion evaluation model were analyzed.A comprehensive analysis of the corrosion factors affecting corrosion of urban buried gas steel pipelines was made.Evaluation indexes and classification criteria corrosion situation of for urban buried gas steel pipelines were perfected.By introducing the reliability of on-site testing data,weights allocation of associated factors and history defect data,a new corrosion failure possibility assessment model was built for urban buried gas steel pipelines based on reliability.Corrosion situation of an urban buried gas pipeline in a certain city in China was assessed using the model and observed after excavation.The results show that the assessment conforms to the observed results.
