摘要
目的了解育龄人群中TORCH感染状况在育龄夫妇中分布和增长趋势,以便尽早采取相应措施,避免由TORCH感染导致出生缺陷的发生。方法选择2012年2~6月于优生门诊就诊的育龄夫妇4011名,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行TORCH感染的特异性IgM及IgG抗体检测。结果 TORCH-IgM抗体总阳性率为5.4%,其中RV IgM抗体阳性率最高(2.8%);HSV IgG抗体阳性率90.4%、CMV IgG 89.6%、RV IgG抗体阳性率为48.1%、Tox IgG 0.7%。TORCH感染分布:30~39岁组TORCH各病原体的IgM抗体阳性率较低;Tox、CMV及HSV IgG抗体阳性率随着年龄的增长呈现上升趋势,但RV IgG抗体阳性率却随着年龄的增长呈下降趋势。女育龄人群的CMV和HSV IgG抗体阳性率显著高于男育龄人群。结论育龄人群中存在一定比例的TORCH现状感染,建议孕前夫妇应进行TORCH筛查,为优生优育工作、提高人口素质奠定基础。
Objective Understanding of reproductive age groups in the TORCH infection status in the couples of childbearing age distribution and growth trend, So as to take corresponding measures, avoid by TORCH infeetion leads to the oeeurrenee of birth defects. Methods From February to June 2012 in our hospital prenatal clinics of 4011 couples of child-bearing age, by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) infection of TORCH specific IgM and IgG antibody detection.Results TORCH- IgM antibody positive rate was 5.4%, The RV IgM antibody positive rate was the highest (2.8%); HSV IgG antibody positive rate 90.4%, CMV IgG 89.6%, RV IgG antibody positive rate is 48.1%, Tox IgG 0.7%o TORCH infection: distribution in 30-39 years old group the pathogen TORCH IgM antibody positive rate is low; Tox, CMV and HSV IgG antibody positive rate along with the age growth presents the trend of escalation, but RV IgG antibody positive rate was increased with the age of the growth is on the decline. Conclusions In the presence of a certain proportion of the population current situation of TORCH infection, the couple should be carried out before TORCH screening recommendations,for the work of birth, raise population quality to lay the foundation.
