摘要
针对竞争环境下的订单接受决策问题,提出一种订单赢取决策方法。该方法考虑了订单竞价和交货期两个影响因素,建立了订单竞价和交货期的决策过程模型。基于订单竞价构成以及成本估算的准确性,通过平衡优化订单竞价和获取概率,以利润最大化为目标,建立了订单竞价决策算法;为避免订单的延迟损失,使交货期决策更为准确,提出一种基于已有负荷和可能负荷的订单交货期设置方法及算法。通过算例给出了详细的求解过程,说明了该算法的有效性。
To solve the decision making problem of order acceptance under the competition environment,a decision method of order winning was proposed.In this method,a decision process model was built by considering the two factors of order bidding price and delivery time.Based on the component of bidding price and the accuracy of order cost estimation,and through the balance between bidding price and acceptance probability of orders,an order bidding decision algorithm was put forward which goal was to get profit maximization.To avoid the order delay loss and to make the delivery decision more accurate,the existing load and possible load of enterprise was jointly considered to build an algorithm of order delivery time.An example was given to show the detailed resolving process and illustrate the validity of the algorithm.
