摘要
为了对产品全生命周期管理相关技术人员或服务商进行合理的组织和调度,在有限的成本条件下最快地完成维修、维护和大修任务,以维修、维护和大修中的维修服务为例,对维修服务调度问题进行数学建模,并应用基于云模型理论的遗传算法求解数学模型,得出最优调度方案。研究结果表明,建立的模型符合实际应用需求,采用云遗传算法可以产生最优解。通过比较可知,云遗传算法在求解精度和收敛速度上都优于自适应遗传算法。
To organize and schedule the relevant technical staff and service providers reasonably and to complete Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul (MRO) task rapidly under the condition of the limited cost,a mathematical model for maintenance service scheduling was constructed by taking MRO maintenance service as example.A cloud genetic algorithm based MRO services scheduling was applied to solve the model and obtain the optimal scheduling scheme.The result showed that the proposed model was catering to the current requirements,the optimal solution could be obtained with cloud model based genetic algorithm.It revealed that the algorithm was better than the adaptive genetic algorithm on precision and convergence speed by comparison.
