摘要 分析了带式输送机建立力学模型遵循的原则,通过对输送带微分方程做降阶处理,然后运用MATLAB对选取的规格为ST1250的输送带进行仿真处理,通过添加初始条件和边界条件,对输送带进行单元划分,得到了输送带的断带仿真结果:不同断点单元、不同运量与输送带断带后速度变化的关系。 Belt conveyor is analyzed the principle for establishing mechanical model, based on the differential equation of conveyor belt for order processing, and then use MATLAB to the specifications of the selected for ST1250 conveyor belt simulation processing, by adding the initial conditions and boundary conditions, broken belt conveyor belt simulation results were obtained: breakpoint unit, different conveyor belt speed after the broken relationship. the conveyor belt unit division, traffic volume changes with theconveyor belt speed after the broken relationship.
