摘要
随着高校的基建工程建设和教学、科研仪器设备采购规模不断加大,加强高校的招标采购监督制约机制是必要环节。本文通过分析高校招标采购监督工作中存在的问题,从完善监督机制、专业人员队伍建设和强化过程控制等方面提出了具体的研究对策。
With the construction of infrastructure projects and university teaching, research equipment procurement scale continues to increase, strengthen supervision universities bidding mechanism is the necessary link. This paper analyzes the university bidding supervision problems, from improving oversight mechanisms, professional team building and strengthening process control and other aspects of specific research countermeasures.
