摘要
长潭水库自建库以来，蓄水位基本上处于高程36m以下，随着台州市经济社会的快速发展，下游灌区的工农业生产及居民生活用水量激增，蓄水量短缺矛盾凸显．现库区正在开展38m以下移民工程，若同步将还未征用的36．5～38m之间的土地106．2hm2国有化或者租用，继而抬高蓄水位，从分析可知，这不仅不影响水库工程的安全，而且用水供需矛盾能迎刃而解，社会效益十分显著．
Since the establishment of Changtan Reservoir, the elevation of the storage level is basically below 36m. Due to the rapid economical development in Taizhou, the shortage of storage capacity becomes a serious issue because of the sharp increasing of industrial, agricultural and living water consumption in downstream irrigation area. The immigration project of 38 below is now on the stage with the requisition of 106.2 hm2 from 36.5 to 38 m, raisinh the storage level to the designed elevant. It would ensure not only the safety of the reservoir engineering,but also the regional water supply demand with remarkable social benefit.
