摘要
职业教育改革的核心是教育教学改革,关键在于校企合作,"校中厂"校企合作人才培养模式是高职教育发展的需要,是国外职业教育在国内的应用。在现实中,"校中厂"校企合作仍然存在各种各样的问题,合作效果也受到不同程度的影响,但通过各方努力,依然可以实现学校、企业及学生三方赢利。
The core of higher vocational education reform is reform of education and teaching,key lying in col-lege-enterprise cooperation .Talent Cultivation in “On-campus Factory”College-enterprise Cooperation is de-mand of higher vocational development,and Chinese application of foreign vocational education.In reality,problems still exist in“On-campus Factory”College-enterprise Cooperation,cooperative effect also affected to varying de-grees.However,through efforts of all parties,win-win status can still be achieved among colleges,factories and students.
