摘要
亚麻是我国重要的纺织工业原料及油料作物,发展亚麻种植及加工业具有广阔的前景。随着分子生物学技术的发展和应用,亚麻在分子标记、遗传图谱构建、转基因育种、蛋白质组学等方面都取得了大量成果,为亚麻的种质创新和优质高产抗逆新品种的选育奠定了基础。本文主要从以上几个方面展开综述,探讨近年来亚麻的分子生物学研究进展。
Flax is an important source of natural fibers used by the textile industry.There are broad prospects for flax cultivation and processing.With the development and application of biotechnology , flax molecular markers, construction of genetic linkage map , transgenic breeding and proteomics have been made a lot of achievements.Which are the foundation for the flax germplasm innovation and breeding of new resistant varieties with good quality and high yield.This paper discussed the development on flax molecular biology in recent years.
