曲面焊缝旋转刨削机创新设计

Innovative Design about Rotary Planer Machine for Welding Lines on Crooked Surface

摘要 针对曲面焊缝的刨削加工,设计出了曲面焊缝旋转刨削机,主要由锥齿轮和拨叉系统组成的间歇运动机构、液压活塞、磁铁顶杆和成形刨刀等组成,间歇运动机构使成形刨刀产生一定的进刀量,可以连续刨削工件。结果表明,采用旋转刨削机刨削曲面薄壁工件的焊缝,工件受到的力是整条焊缝一次刨削时的1/16,远小于材料的屈服极限和强度极限,解决了薄壁工件上整条焊缝一次刨削受力过大而损坏的问题。 For the planing machine for welding lines on process of the welding lines on the crooked suriace, the rotary planer the crooked surface has been designed, which is composed of intermittent motion mechanism which contains cone-shaped gear wheel and shifting fork system, hydraulic pressure piston, magnet mandril and forming cutter. The intermittent motion mechanism can make the forming cutter produce some power which will make the cutter work continuously. The results show that, using rotary planer to plane the welding lines of the thin-walled workpiece on the crooked surface, the force is only 1/16 of the entire welding line when it is planed once, which is far less than the bended limit and ultimate strength limit, and solve the problem that the workpiece will be damaged because when the entire welding line is planed once, there will be overlarge stress on the thin-walled workpiece.
