摘要
建立了提升机钢丝绳张力在提升过程中的数学模型,在分析计算出张力的微分方程后通过Matlab软件提供的Simulink仿真功能对系统进行动力学建模同时对张力进行仿真分析,得到张力在提升过程中的变化曲线。通过研究分析该曲线可以对煤矿生产中提升机参数的设置和钢丝绳的选型进行优化,从而提高生产效率和安全性。
We build the mathematical model of the hoist wire rope tension in the process of ascension,and after calculating the differential equation of tension, we build a dynamics model and carry on the simulation analysis on the tension using simulink, a simulation function provided by matlab. Finally we get the change curve of tension in the process of ascension. Through the reserch on this curve, we can optimize the hoist parameter setting and the selection of wire rope, thereby improving production efficiency and safety.
