摘要
液压动力机构由液压控制元件、执行机构和负载组成,对大多数液压控制系统来说,动力机构特性在很大程度上决定着整个系统的性能,是整个液压控制系统的基础,对于四通阀控制对称液压缸的研究,已有成熟的理论方法,但对阀控非对称液压缸不适用;基于负载敏感恒功率变量控制系统对四通阀控非对称液压缸进行数学建模并进行仿真分析。
Hydraulic power is composed by hydraulic control components, executive body and load. For most hydraulic control system, the characteristic of power largely determine the function of the entire system and is the basis of the entire hydraulic control system.A mature theory method for the four-way valve control study of symmetrical hydraulic cylinder has been put forward. However it Does not apply to the valve controlled asymmetric hydraulic cylinder. In this paper, in the case of load-sensitive constant power variable control system, Mathematical modeling and simulation analysis for the asymmetrical hydraulic cylinders of the four-way valve control.
