摘要
曲轴凹模曲面复杂,加工精度要求很高,在Pro/E建模环境下,对汽车发动机中典型零件曲轴运用设计模型生成曲轴凹模并进行数控铣削加工,通过VERICUT仿真查看加工过程中是否出现干涉现象,根据仿真结果对设计及其加工过程中存在的问题进行修改,从而大大提高设计、装配和加工的可靠性。
The crankshaft die's structure is complex, how to machine it effectively and accurately has been a challenge in CNC machining. Unedr the Pro/E modeling environment, motion simulation of automobile engine was created and a typical crankshaft die was designed with the reference model approach. Can view through VRICUT whether there is interference. According to the simulation results to modify, meet the design and assembly requirements. Thus it greatly improve the design, assembly and process of reliability.
