摘要
提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的采煤机状态检测与故障诊断系统的设计思路。分析了传统状态监测系统信号有线传输方式的不足和ZigBee技术应用于矿井环境中的优势,在此基础上完成了传感器节点的软硬件设计。此外还重点论述了电牵引采煤机状态检测与故障诊断系统方案的设计思路,并分别详细介绍了该诊断系统中两大功能模块的具体实现方案。
This paper presents a design idea of monitoring and fauh diagnosis system of shearer state based on Zigbee technology. Analysis of the mode of detection system signal cable transmission of traditional status and application of ZigBee technology in the mine environment advantage, based on which the software and hardware shearer state detection with fault implementation of the diagnostic design of sensor nodes. Article also focuses on the power traction diagnosis system for program design ideas, and details of the specific system of two functional modules.
