不同莫来石含量增强磷酸铬铝材料的制备与性能影响 被引量:2

The Effects of Mullite with Different Grades on the Properties of Reinforced Aluminum-Chromiun-Phosphete Materials

摘要 以固相烧结莫来石为增强体,制备了莫来石增强磷酸铬铝基复合材料。研究了不同莫来石含量对复合材料的微观结构和性能的影响。采用SEM、XRD等检测手段对复合材料的物相结构及断面的微观形貌进行分析,使用矢量网络分析仪分析材料的介电性能。结果表明,制备的不同的莫来石含量的复合材料具有不同的介电常数,莫来石含量的增加会导致介电常数的增加,在莫来石含量为50%时制备的复合材料具有良好的结晶性能,介电常数为3.8。 Using mullite as reinforcement, the muilite reinforced aluminum-chromium-Phosphate(ACP) matrix composite were prepared by solid-phase sintering, the effect of Different Content mullite on the properties of reinforced ACP matrix composite were researched in detail. The structures and fracture surface morphologies of the composites were characterized by XRD, SEM analyses, The Dielectric Constant were tested by vector network analyzer. The results show that with the mullite content increased, the Dielectric Constant of the materials were elevated. When the mullite content is 50 %, the mechanical properties of the obtained composites are the best, of which the Dielectric Constant was 3.8.
