摘要
采用微多孔涤纶、竹浆纤维和大麻纤维开发了竹浆纤维/涤纶/大麻纤维多元混纺纱线,并制成6块织物,测试了织物吸湿速干性和抗菌性能。同时,利用FAST织物风格仪分别测试织物风格,并与3块纯毛织物比较分析,运用灰色关联分析法评价织物风格指标与纯毛织物风格指标的相关系数。结果表明:竹浆纤维/涤纶/大麻纤维多元混纺织物具备吸湿速干和抗菌性能,其风格与纯毛织物较为接近;织物中纱线线密度值较低,捻度较大时,其弯曲刚度、剪切刚度和可成形性明显小于纯毛织物;提高纱线线密度值,降低捻度,可使织物更蓬松,风格更接近纯毛织物;多元混纺织物在应力较小时的伸长率都大于纯毛织物,在应力较大时的伸长率小于纯毛织物;制作仿毛风格织物时应慎用平纹。
Hemp, bamboo pulp fiber and micro-porous polyester fiber were used to develop their blended yarns, and 6 samples of blended fabric were woven with the yarns. The hygroscopic and fast drying properties and antibacterial property of the samples were tested, and FAST was used to test the style of the samples and the test results were compared with those of 3 pure wool fabrics. Grey correlation analysis was employed to evaluate the correlation coefficient of the 6 samples and the pure wool fabrics in terms of style indicators. It was found that the blended fabrics have hygroscopic, fast drying and antibacterial properties, and their style is close to that of the pure wool fabric. When the blended fabric has its yarn of lower linear density and hard twist, its bending rigidity, shearing rigidity and formability were obvious lower than those of the pure wool fabric ; increasing the linear density and softening the twist of the yarns of the blended fabric, it will become more fluffy and the style become more like that of the pure wool fabric; when being subjected to lower stress, the blended fabric has greater elongation rate than the pure wool fabric, and when being subjected to higher stress, its elongation rate is smaller than that of the pure wool fabric ; and if wool-like style is desired, the plain weave is not recommended.
