混棉颜色级评价模型与应用研究

摘要 探讨混棉颜色级评价模型的建立与应用研究。根据国家新标准GB 1103.1—2012《棉花第1部分:锯齿加工细绒棉》的实施,提出了针对混棉颜色方面的配棉方法。运用模糊关联的思想和方法,抓住混棉关键指标——黄度(+b)变异系数,对混棉颜色级的可信度进行评价。为了防止因配棉成分组合不当而引起纺纱色差,制订混棉颜色级参考标准。实践证明,混棉颜色级的黄度(+b)变异系数超过12%时,色差将逐渐加重。 Establishment and application research of cotton blending color grade evaluation model were discussed.Based on the implement of GB 1103.1-2012 Cotton Part 1 Sawtooth Processing Medium Cotton,cotton assorting method was put forward according to blending cotton color.Ideas and methods of fuzzy association were used,blending cotton key indicator of yellowness (+ b) variation coefficient should be controlled well,credibility of blending cotton color grade should be evaluated.In order to prevent yaRN color differences caused by improper cotton assorting,reference standard of blending cotton color grade was developed.Practice shows when blending cotton color grade yellowness(+b) variation coefficient is more than 12%,yarn color difference will increases gradually.
