摘要
探讨细特云母改性涤纶纤维多组分混纺纱的纺纱工艺。阐述了云母改性涤纶纤维、异形阳离子涤纶、苎麻、澳毛等纤维的性能特点。通过对苎麻纤维进行加油给湿和柔软预处理,对云母改性涤纶纤维和异形阳离子涤纶纤维进行抗静电剂预处理,采用包混与条子混并相结合的混棉工艺,合理配置工艺、控制温湿度等技术措施,成功纺制出多组分云母改性涤纶纤维涤苎麻毛11.8 tex竹节纱,满足了产品开发的质量要求。认为,原料预处理、混和工艺以及必要的工艺技术措施是纺好细特云母改性涤纶纤维多组分混纺纱的几个关键环节。
Spinning processing of fine mica modified polyester fiber multi-component yarn was discussed.Four kinds fiber property was introduced including mica modified polyester fiber,profiled cationic polyester,ramie and Australian wool.Ramie fiber was oiled and wetted,soft pretreatment was done as well.Antistatic agent pretreatment was carried on mica modified polyester fiber and profiled cationic polyester.Fiber bale blending and sliver blending were adopted,processing was selected rationally,temperature and humidity were controlled well.Finally multi-component mica modified polyester profiled cationic polyester ramie Australian wool 11.8 tex slub yarn can be spun successfully,quality demand of product development can be satisfied.It is considered that the key points of production are including raw material pretreatment,blending processing and necessary technology measures.
