摘要
目的探讨磁共振对诊断Mirizzi综合症的诊断价值。方法对14例临床和手术证实为Mirizzi综合症病例的磁共振资料进行回顾性分析。所有病例的采用常规MR检查及MRCP检查。结果 14例Mirizzi综合症患者采用Nagakawa的分型方法可分为Ⅰ型9例,Ⅱ型0例,Ⅰ型+Ⅲ型1例,Ⅳ型4例。MRCP结合T2W抑脂序列检查对于显示病变效果较好。结论 T2W抑脂序列结合MRCP检查可准确诊断Mirizzi综合征,可以作为首选的检查方法。
Objective To evaluated the diagnostic value of MR in Mirizzi syndrome. Mate- rials and Methods MRCP were performed in 14 patients who had diagnosed by clinical and operative result. All the cases were examined using conventional MRI and MPCP. Results 14 patients with Mirizzi syndrome were diagnosed following the classification of Nagakawa as type I in 9, type I ＋ type III in 1, type IV in 4 cases, respectively. T2W fat sup- pression sequence combined with MRCP can display the lesions well. Conclusions Com- bined with T2W fat suppression sequence, MRCP can diagnosis Mirizzi syndrome accurately, and can use as the preferred methods.
