山东省地下水硝酸盐溯源研究 被引量:10

A study on the source tracing of groundwater nitrate in Shandong province

摘要 针对山东全省农村地区进行地下水取样,采用离子交换色层法对地下水NO3--N质量浓度大于10 mg·L-1的地下水样品进行预处理,做溯源研究,同时采集当地植物、化学肥料、人畜粪便、土壤等样品,测定δ15N值,以针对山东地区,对现存的δ15N值数据库进行完善与补充,使本研究更具代表性与准确性。研究结果表明,如以研究区域整体为单位,有35.45%地下水样品的NO3--N来自于粪肥污染,有27.1%的地下水样品是受化肥污染,还有37.45%的地下水样品的NO3--N污染来自于化肥、粪肥以及生活污水的混合污染。作者还进一步分析了地下水中NO3--N平均质量浓度高于20 mg·L-1的烟台和潍坊,结果表明,烟台地区的地下水NO3--N污染有55.56%来自于粪肥污染,有5.56%来自于化肥污染,有38.88%来自于化肥、粪肥以及生活污水的混合污染;潍坊地区的地下水NO3--N污染有16.13%来自于粪肥污染,有48.39%来自于化肥污染,还有35.48%来自于化肥、粪肥以及生活污水的混合污染。 The groundwater samples were collected in the rural areas of Shandong province, and the samples which NO3-N concentrations were above 10 mg L1 were preprocessed by the method of ion exchange chromatography in order to trace the contaminant sources. At the same time, the native plants, chemical fertilizers, animal and human manures and soils were also collected, and these samples were used for 81SN determination for improving the database of existing NO3--515N value. The results showed that the proportion of nitrate contaminants which came from manures and chemical fertilizers were 35.45% and 27.1% respectively, and the contaminants of remaining 37.45% groundwater samples were mixed from sewages, chemical fertilizers and manures ; the isotope composition of those groundwater samples which NO3--N average concentration higher than 20 mg-L1 were further analyzed for Yantai and Weifang regions, the results showed that 55.56% contaminated groundwater samples were resulted from manures, and 5.56% from chemical fertilizers, 38.88% from mixed contamination of fertilizers, manures and sewages in Yantai region; and 16.13% contaminated groundwater samples were resulted from manures, 48.39% from chemical fertilizers, 35.48% from the mixed contamination of fertilizers, manures and sewages in Weifang region.
