摘要
聚脲材料分为双组份喷涂聚脲和单组份手刮聚脲,这两种材料均具有较高的抗冲耐磨性、良好的防渗效果、耐腐蚀性强及优异的物理力学性能等。本文介绍了这两种材料的定义、原理、优缺点、应用范围及在水利水电工程中的应用实例。提出单组份手刮聚脲宜用于水工混凝土建筑物的迎水面防渗、裂缝和伸缩缝表层防渗,以及流速小于30 m/s的过流面的抗冲磨防护与表面耐久性防护;双组份喷涂聚脲宜用于水工混凝土建筑物的迎水面防渗、流速小于5 m/s的过水面保护及表面耐久性防护。
Polyurea materials can be divided into two groups, one component is brush polyurea and the other component is spray polyurea, both of them can be highly resistant to water flow abrasion, water seepage, chemical erosion, with perfect physical and mechanical properties. In this paper, definitions and reaction mechanisms of the two polyureas are introduced, together with their characteristics, application scopes and examples in hydraulic engineering project. The brush polyurea is proposed to be suitable to the waterproofing of upstream surface, expansion joints and crack defects of concrete structures, as well as the surface protections to against hazardous erosion and water flushing abrasion with its flow velocity being less than thirty meters per second. The spray polyurea is suitable to the waterproofing of upstream surface, as well as the surface protections to against hazardous erosion and water flushing abrasion with its flow velocity being less than five meters per second.
