飞机引气系统的建模与故障仿真 被引量:5

摘要 飞机引气系统结构复杂,故障类型较多,排故难度大。为深入分析飞机引气系统故障机理,提高故障准确性,根据动量方程、能量守恒和力平衡方程等方法建立高压阀、过压阀、压力调节阀、风扇阀门、预冷器以及引气系统整体的数学模型。采用simulink仿真,得到压力调节阀、风扇阀门以及传感器等部件发生故障时的故障征兆及引气系统各部件参数的动态变化曲线,并详细论述曲线变化过程。仿真结果与故障汇编手册中的结果一致,表明该模型对引气系统故障诊断有重要参考价值。 Air pneumatic system is apt to many kinds of failures because of its complicated structure and difficult troubleshooting. For deeply analysing its fault mechanism and improving the accuracy of failure source location, we establish the mathematical models of the high pressure valve, overpressure valve, pressure regulating valve, fan air valve, preeooler and the air pneumatic system as a whole according to the approaches of momentum equation, the law of conservation of energy and force balance equation. Using SIMULINK, we obtain the symptoms of failures when occurring in the parts of pressure regulating valve, fan air valve and transducer, etc. , and the dynamic variation curves of components parameters of air pneumatic system, we also discuss in detail the process of curves variation. The agreement of the simulation results and the results listed in faults compilation manual indicates that the models have significant reference value to the faults diagnoses of aircraft pneumatic system.
