摘要
同步碎石封层车在施工过程中,沥青和碎石在同一秒钟内落下,沥青和碎石的洒(撒)布量比例直接影响了路面性能,沥青喷洒由沥青喷洒管控制喷洒量,而碎石是由皮带机输送到碎石撒布装置,碎石撒布装置中的布料棍和料门开度控制碎石撒布量,碎石撒布装置只能人为地控制料门开度和布料棍转速,碎石量却不能精确测量,为此,提出了在输送机皮带机上装称重装置,由中央控制室随时监测和调节碎石输送量,使得碎石撒布精度有了明显的提高,从而更好地增强了路面性能。
As asphalt and gravel falling in the same seconds in the construction process of asphalt sprinkled device of synchro- nous surface dressing equipment, the quantities of asphalt and gravel sprinkled ratio has a direct effect on the pavement performance. The quantities of asphalt sprinkled was controlled by the pipe of asphalt spraying device, but gravel was delivered to sprinkling device by belt conveyor. The quantities of gravel sprinkling were depended on the speed of roller and opening of the discharge door on the sprinkling gravel device. The speed of roller and opening of the discharge door on the sprinkling device were controlled manually, but the quantities of gravel could not be accurately measured. Therefor the weighing device installed on the belt conveyor is proposed, and the quantities of gravel shipments are monitored and regulated at any time in the central control room. The accuracy of gravel sprinkling is greatly improved, so that pavement performance is enhanced better than ever.
