摘要
目的：了解某医学院校新生的心理健康状况及影响因素，为大学新生的心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法：对某高校2012级679名新生采用症状自评量表（ SCL-90）、自制问卷进行调查，并通过多因素Logistic回归分析，探索影响新生心理健康状况的主要因素。结果：该校新生SCL-90各因子得分均低于全国大学生新生常模（ P＜0．05）；SCL-90阳性检出人数为174，阳性率为25．63％；多因素Logistic回归分析显示：大学生活不适应（ OR＝2．946，95％CI＝1．768～4．911）、学习负担重（ OR ＝1．857，95％CI ＝1．125～3．064）、家庭经济困难（ OR ＝1．545，95％CI ＝1．042～2．289）、有睡眠问题（OR＝2．541，95％CI＝1．356～4．762）及产生性幻想（OR＝2．171，95％CI＝1．250～3．768）最终进入Logistic回归模型，提示这些因素是影响大学新生心理健康的危险因素。结论：该校新生的整体心理状况优于全国大学新生常模，但仍有部分学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题，应针对影响新生心理的主要因素加强健康教育工作。
Objective：To investigate the mental health status and its in-fluential factors in freshmen from a medical college for theoretical basis for their mental health education .Methods：679 freshmen enrolled in 2012 in a medical college were surveyed by self-administered questionnaire on Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL-90 ） basis.The results were analyzed with multivariate logistic regression to examine the mental health status and its relevant influencing factors.Results：The factor scores on SCL-90 were generally lower as compared with the national norm for college freshmen （P〈0.05）,and the positive rate accounted for 25.63%（n =174）by SCL-90.Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors,including ina-daptability to college life（OR=2.946,95% CI=1.768-4.911）,heavy schooling burden（OR=1.857,95%CI=1.125 -3.064）,family finan-cial problems（OR=1.545,95%CI=1.042-2.289）,sleeping disorders （OR=2.541,95%CI =1.356 -4.762） and sexual fantasy（OR =2.171,95%CI=1.250 -3.768）,were in goodness of fit to the regres-sion model, suggesting that these were risk factors affecting the mental health status of college freshmen.Conclusion：The mental health status of freshmen in this college appear over the national norm for college students.Nevertheless,psychological problems still exist to a certain de-gree,and health education is necessary on the specific problem basis.
