哈密大枣叶片矿质元素含量在生长季内的变化 被引量:1

摘要 研究了哈密大枣叶片在生长期间7种矿质元素含量的变化。结果表明:从初花期至坐果期,叶片氮含量下降明显;叶片磷含量随着枣树生长呈先降低后升高再降低的变化趋势;叶片钾含量总体上呈不断降低趋势;叶片Fe、Zn含量波动较大,Mn、Cu含量的变化幅度较小;叶片全氮含量与全磷、Fe含量呈显著或极显著正相关;叶片全磷含量与全钾、Fe、Mn、Zn含量呈显著或极显著正相关;叶片全钾含量与Zn、Mn含量呈显著或极显著正相关;叶片Fe含量与Cu含量间以及Mn含量与Zn含量间均呈极显著正相关。 The changes of seven mineral elements" contents in Hami - big - jujube leaves in growing season were studied. The results indicated that the nitrogen content in leaves was decreased obviously from the early flowering stage to the fruit setting stage. The variation in the phosphorus content presented the trend of first reducing, then rising, and reducing again along with the growth of jujube tree. The potassium content revealed the trend of constant decline in general. The contents of Fe and Zn fluctuated greatly, while the contents of Mn and Cu changed small. The content of total nitrogen in leaves had a significantly or very significantly posi- tive correlation with the contents of total phosphorus and Fe. The content of total phosphorus had a significantly or very significantly positive correlation with the contents of total potassium, Fe, Mn and Zn. The content of total potassium had a significantly or very significantly positive correlation with the contents of Zn and Mn. There was a very significantly positive correlation between Fe con- tent and Cu content, as well as between Mn content and Zn content.
