添加碳源对松浦镜鲤养殖池塘鱼体生长及水质影响 被引量:17

摘要 在生物絮团形成原理基础上,在两个养殖密度池塘中采用现场试验方法分别研究添加两种碳源对松浦镜鲤主养池塘鱼体生长及池塘水质理化因子影响。结果表明,①两个养殖密度池塘中,添加糖蜜和复合碳源均能显著促进水体生物絮团形成(P<0.05);②在两个养殖密度池塘中,添加两种碳源均能明显促进池塘中鳙和鲤生长,而对鲢和草鱼促生长效果并不明显;③低密度池塘中,糖蜜组和复合碳源组池塘总饲料系数分别较对照组低8.94%和7.32%,而高密度池塘中,两个碳源组总饲料系数分别较对照组低10.43%和6.96%;④与对照组相比,添加糖蜜和复合碳源均能显著降低池塘水体氨态氮、亚硝酸态氮和正磷酸盐含量(P<0.05),而对水体总氮和总磷含量无显著影响(P>0.05) According to the bio-floc formation theory, the field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of adding two type carbon sources on growth of fish and water quality in Songpu mirror Carp (Cypr/nus specularis Songpu) main culture pond in the two culture density conditions. The results showed as follow: ①Both molasses and compound carbon sources promoted significantly bio-floc formation in the two culture density pond conditions (P〈0.05); ② Both molasses and compound carbon sources promoted obviously the growth of Songpu mirror carp and bighead carp, but not affect the growth of silver carp and grass carp in the two culture density pond conditions; ③In the low density pond, the total feed conversion ratios of fish in molasses group and compound carbon sources group were lower 8.94%and 7.32% than that in control group. In the high density pond, the total feed conversion ratios of fish in molasses group and compound carbon sources group were lower 10.43% and 6.96% than that in control group; ④ Both molasses and compound carbon sources reduced significantly the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and orthophosphate phosphor (P〈0.05), but not affect significantly the concentrations of total nitrogen and total phosphor in pond (P〉0.05).
