缺血预处理对大鼠四动脉结扎后氧化应激及脑水肿的保护作用优于脑梗死范围改善(英文)

摘要 观察缺血预处理对大鼠四动脉结扎法的全脑缺血 /再灌注损伤的保护作用。预处理后 ,缺血 30min ,再灌注 10及 30min。记录并比较EEG、MDA、脑含水量和脑梗塞范围。脑缺血期间脑电波变平 ,缺血预处理减少脑电波的变化 ,并且减少梗塞范围。再灌注 10和 30min后 ,对梗塞抑制率分别为 2 0 %和 5 4%。缺血预处理也可将MDA和含水量恢复到正常水平。预处理消除氧化应激反应和脑水肿 ,比减少脑梗塞范围更有效。 To investigate the protective effect of preconditioning on global cerebral ischemic damage by 4-vessel occlusion model in rats. Preconditioning was established followed by 30 min ischemia and reperfusion for 10 and 30 min, separately. Data of EEG amplitude ,water content, MDA and infarct size were recorded and compared. EEG flattening was observed during the ischemia period and attenuated by preconditioning. Preconditioning reduced the infarct area by 20% and 54% in the 10 and 30 min reperfusion groups respectively, however, the remove of the excess production of MDA and water content was toward the control. Preconditioning is mainly beneficial to scavenge oxidative stress and subsequently edema against partial reduction in infarcted size.
