摘要
河南作为我国粮食生产第一大省,资源利用效率直接关系粮食生产是否能够健康发展。根据河南省未来十年粮食生产战略工程、河南农业资源的特点、实地调研数据,以及目前利用耕地、水、环境投入物等投入资源的使用情况,结合生态经济理论,河南应改进上述资源利用方法的针对性措施,资源利用效率,促进粮食生产核心区的建设。
Henan ranks first in grain production in China. The efficiency resources utilization is directly related to development of grain production. Based on developing strategy of ＇grain production in the next decades, features of agricultural resources, data from survey and resource input, this thesis applies eco-economic theory to analyse the issue. It is suggested that ways to utilize resources should he perfected, the efficiency of resources utilization should be improved, so that it is reasonable to promote the development of core areas of grain production.
