摘要
为尽快实现用电信息采集的全覆盖,需要积极探索新型用电信息采集方式。传统的用电信息采集方式存在运行费用高、采集成功率不稳定等缺点,而采用广电网络作为用电信息采集上行通道则有综合成本低、采集成功率高、延伸功能多等优点。文章重点介绍基于广电网络的用电信息采集系统建设实施方案、延伸功能和效益分析等,通过分析证明基于广电网络的用电信息采集方式是传统方式的有益补充,具备较高推广价值。
For the early realization of electricity information collection full coverage, there is a need to actively explore some new electricity information acquisition ways. Traditional electricity information acquisition methods have the shortages of high operation cost and unstable acquisition success rate, but the method through the upstream channel of broadcast television network has the advantages of low cost, high success rate and other extendable functions. This paper focuses on system construction solution, extendable functions and efficiency analysis of the CATV network electricity information acquisition way. Practical results show that the proposed method is a useful supplement to the traditional methods and can provide a good promotion value.
