摘要
目的总结聚丙烯类补片在腹膜前腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析2011年2月至2013年2月云南省第三人民医院收治的261例腹股沟疝患者,均应用聚丙烯类补片行无张力疝修补术,观察其手术时间,术后下床活动时间,住院时间,疼痛、感染、血清肿等并发症的发生情况.结果 本组患者手术均成功完成,手术时间45～65 min,平均（55±3）min,术后2～5 h下床活动,住院时间3～5 d,术后无尿潴留发生;切口疼痛轻,未使用止痛药;无一例切口感染,血肿.随访3～24个月,无复发.结论 应用聚丙烯类补片治疗腹股沟疝,具有术后疼痛轻,恢复快,术后并发症少,复发率低的特点,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To summarize efficacy of polypropylene patch in the clinical treatment of tension-free preperitionea] inguinal hernia repair. Methods A total of 261 patients with inguinal hernia were retrospectively analyzed from February 2011 to February 2013 in The Third People＇s Hospital of Yunan Province. All the patients were applied with polypropylene mesh in the tension-free hernia repair. The observation time, The time for ambulation after operation, hospitalization stay, pain, infection, seroma and other complication were assessed. Results All the operation were successfully completed. The operation time was 45 to 65 rains with a mean of （55 ＋ 3 ） rnins. After 2 to 5 days, the patients could be ambulate. The hospitalization stay lasted 3 to 5 days. No occurrence of urinary retention after operation, incision pain, infection, and hematoma were occurred. The patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months and no recurrence was found. Conclusion In the application of polypropylene patch in the treatment of inguinal hernia, the postoperative pain was mild with rapid recovery, less complications, and low recurrence rate.
