优质、高产不结球白菜F_1代新品系选育

摘要 对不结球白菜8个杂交组合和7个商品种的单株重和维生素C含量等进行测定和分析,结果表明:8个组合单株重均超过0.4 kg,具有高产潜力;不同组合在维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量等方面均存在显著差异,而且不同材料之间表现出不同程度的多样性,8个组合的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量普遍高于7个商品种;而7个商品种的维生素C含量普遍高于8个优选组合;营养品质间的相关性均不显著,维生素C含量与可溶性糖含量负相关系数最大,维生素C含量与可溶性蛋白含量正相关系数最大;A9B6是最具推广价值的优质、高产新品系。 8 excellent combinations and 7 commercial cultivars are used for investigating their contents of vitamin C, chlorophyll, soluble protein, sugar and solid. The results show that there are significant differences in different combinations in the contents of vitamin C, soluble sugar, soluble protein and chlorophyll, and there is a diversity of different degrees among dif- ferent materials. Soluble protein and soluble sugar contents of 8 combinations are higher than those of 7 commercial cultivars, while the content of vitamin C in commercial cultivars is sig- nificantly higher than that of 8 optimum combinations. The correlation between the nutritional items is not significant. The negative correlation coefficient between vitamin C content and sol- uble sugar content is the biggest, while the positive correlation coefficient between vitamin C content and soluble protein content is the highest. The results of plant yield show that B6A9 is the potential strain of high quality and high yield.
