摘要
报道一种高灵敏度 ,高分辨率 ,可检测单个活细胞上膜受体等微粒运动的先进技术 SPT (single particletracking)技术 ,并在此基础上 ,研制开发了整套单个活细胞显微图像动态检测系统 .
To report an advanced technique single particle tracking (SPT). It can offer high sensitivity and resolution on testing motion of particle such as the membrane receptor on single living cell. On the basics of this method, the author has developed the system for testing dynamic microscopical image of single living cell.
