摘要
目的研究-25℃25%乙醇冰袋持续冷疗180min对高分子夹板外固定患肢皮肤温度的影响。方法符合纳入标准的患者28例,分成观察组、对照组各14例。将自制-25℃25%乙醇冰袋用于高分子夹板外固定患肢,观察组持续冷疗180min,对照组冷疗30min、间断60min,总计冷疗180min,每30min观察皮肤温度。结果高分子夹板侧皮肤最低温度观察组13.4℃、对照组21.6℃。结论高分子夹板外固定患肢用乙醇冰袋持续冷疗180min,能有效降低皮肤温度且是安全的。
Objective To study the effect of continued cold compress by 25~ ethanol ice packs (-25℃) for 180 minutes on skin temperature of limbs with external fixation of polymer splint. Method Divide 28 qualified patients into observation group and control group. Apply self--made 25% ethanol ice packs (-25℃) on the affected limbs fixed externally by polymer splint. Patients in observation group receive continued cold therapy for 180 min. Patients in control group receive cold therapy for 30 min each time every 60 rain for 6 times. Observe the skin temperature every 30 min. Result The lowest skin temperature by the side of polymer splint is 13.4℃ in observation group and 21.6℃ in control group. Conclusion Continued cold compress by ethanol ice packs for 180 minutes can lower the skin temperature of limbs with external fixation of polymer splint safely.
