摘要
目的调查影响护理安全的因素,为安全管理提供参考依据。方法自行设计护理安全影响因素调查问卷,对650名护士进行调查。统计2010年至2012年呈报的护理不良事件。结果 2010年至2012年发生护理不良事件72起。护理安全影响因素问卷全部条目评分均在4.5分以上。结论护理安全组织管理、护士素质及能力、护理工作环境、患者及照护人员均为护理安全的重要影响因素。
Object To investigate the influencing factors of nursing safety to provide evidence for safety management. Method Investigate 650 nursing staff by self--designed questionnaire on influencing factors of nursing safety. Conclude the adverse events reported from 2010 to 2012. Result 72 adverse events are reported from 2010 to 2012. Scores of all items in questionnaire are higher than 4. 5. Conclusion Nursing safety organization management, nurses general quality and ability, working environment, patients and caregivers are all important influencing factors of nursing safety.
