摘要
通过对比试验研究了密集烤房3层和4层烘烤方式对烤烟能耗和烟叶品质的影响。结果表明:与常规3层挂烟相比,4层挂烟方式明显增加了烤房容量,每1kg干烟用工成本下降20.06%,耗能成本降低22.78%,烤后烟叶质量优于3层烘烤,具有广泛的推广价值。
In order to investigate the effect of three layers bulk curing and four layers on energy consumption and tobacco quality during the tobacco curing, the experiment of loading tobacco leaf was conducted with tradi- tional loading and mezzo loading. The results showed that that compared with the three layers bulk curing barn, the amount of loading tobacco in four layers bulk curing barn were increasing ,the cost of labor force and the en- ergy consumption reduced by 20.06% and 22.78% per kilogram respectively, the quality of the four layers bulk curing barn was superior than that of the traditional method and there is extended significance to popularize.
