摘要 利用微合金化成分设计、板坯电渣重熔冶炼技术生产了连铸坯。在4300 mm宽厚板轧机上对低合金高强度Q345D结构钢进行了160 mm厚度钢板的轧制。结果表明,采用电渣重熔冶炼连铸坯—4300 mm宽厚板轧机轧制—正火热处理生产线生产的160 mm厚钢板,屈服强度大于340 MPa,抗拉强度560~575 MPa,伸长率大于27%,-20℃冲击功大于90 J,z向断面收缩率大于42%,板材探伤全部达二级,符合Q345D超厚钢板的标准。 The continuous castings were produced by using microalloying technology and ESR (electroslag remelting) technology. The low-alloyed and high strength Q345D steel plates with 160 mm thick wes were rolled on 4300mm wide and heavy plate mill. The results indicat that, Q345D heavy steel plate with 160ram thick wes produced by adopting the production line of refmging slab with ESR technology--rolling steel plate in 4300ram wide and heavy plate mill--heat treating with normalize, the yield strength is greater than 340 MPa, the tensile strength is 560-575MPa, the elongation percentage is above 27%, the impact energy at -20℃ is greater than 90J, Z-direction contraction of the cross sectional area is above 42%; all plates after the detection of defects reach two grades, which is in good accordance with the standard of super thickness Q345D plate.
