摘要
通过对30CrMoA厚板MIG焊接接头的上、中、下三层分别取样进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击等综合力学性能检测及各区的金相组织分析,探讨了30CrMoA钢厚板焊接结构造成各层性能差异的原因及工艺控制方法。
Aiming at the study of metal inert-gas welding procedure on the thick pate of steel 30CrMoA, the tensile, bending, impact toughness and other mechanical properties testing and microstructure analysis of the welded joints in the upper, middle and lower layer sampling was studied. The difference of layers in the performance reason and process control methods were discussed.
