甘精胰岛素对糖尿病大鼠T细胞亚群及TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-10水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察甘精胰岛素对糖尿病大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞和细胞因子等免疫指标的影响。方法采用一次性腹腔注射大剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立1型糖尿病大鼠模型,给予甘精胰岛素治疗6周,并设立相应对照组,于给药后3周、6周测定其外周血中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-10水平及CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的变化情况。结果甘精胰岛素能明显降低糖尿病大鼠外周血TNF-α、IFN-γ水平(P<0.01)、升高IL-10水平(P<0.01)且能使CD4+/CD8+的比值显著降低(P<0.01)。结论甘精胰岛素可在一定程度上改善糖尿病大鼠体内的炎症水平。
