摘要
以 HPL C外标法测定精氨酸布洛芬的含量。采用 Waters Novapak C1 8柱 ,0 .0 4mol/ L 磷酸盐缓冲液 -甲醇 (30∶ 70 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 2 0 nm。布洛芬在 0 .0 40～ 0 .12 0 m g/ ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999)。
A HPLC method for determination of arginine-ibuprofen is reported. The Waters Nova-pak C 18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.04 mol/L phosphate buffer solution-methanol (30∶70). The detection wavelength was 220 nm. In the concentration range of ibuprofen 0.040～0.120 mg/ml, the curve showed good linearity ( r=0.9999 ).
