摘要 目的 合成并鉴定已预测出的 4个MAGE 3HLA A2限制性CTL表位多肽 ,为后续研究奠定基础。方法 采用固相合成法合成多肽 ,经RP HPLC纯化、纯度分析 ,用质谱进行定性鉴定。结果  4个合成肽的纯度都在 95 %以上 ,经质谱分析 ,各肽的分子量测定值与理论值相符。结论 所得多肽为高纯度的目标肽 。 Objective To synthesize and identify the four predicted HLA A2 restricted CTL epitope candidates from MAGE 3. Methods The peptides were synthesized with solid phase strategies, purified with reverse phase HPLC and identified with mass spectrometry. Their purity was determined too. Results All peptides were >95% in purity and the measured values of molecular weight were conformed to their theoretical values. Conclusion The collected products are the target peptides with high purity. This study provides reliable basis for further researches.
