摘要
目的 检测聚乳酸(PLA)对骨髓基质细胞(BMSC)体外成骨的过程及其生物学行为的影响。方法 将BMSC传代细胞分别与PLA进行复合培养,观察细胞生长及其与生物材料附着情况,检测BMSC的增殖能力、蛋白含量及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量。结果 BMSC可以在PLA表面贴附,PLA对BMSc的增殖及功能表现无明显影响。结论PLA的生物相容性良好,有望作为BMSc的载体用于骨组织工程研究。
:Objective To study the biological behavior of bone marrow stromal cell (BMSC) cultured in vitro with the polylactic acid (PLA). Method The BMSC attachment, extension and phenotype on PLA were observed and cell proliferation, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity was tested. Results BMSC could attach and extend on PLA which did not affect the cell proliferation and ALP activity. Conclusion The experiment suggest PLA has fine biocompatibility and can be used as carrier of the BMSC in bone tissue engineering.
