摘要
本文就当前高职院校竞聘者综合能力难以确定的问题,以教学系列岗位为例,研究众多教师评价指标体系,探讨评价体系标准,并借助于模糊数学中的模糊综合评价法建立评价模型,通过实例进行评判验证,证明了该模型的科学性和优越性,为管理层提供科学有效的用人决策依据。
This article focuses on the problem existing in assessing the comprehensive abilities of competitors in position competition in polytechnic. Taking the teaching positions as an example, the author probes into the standard of accessing system on the study of many different ones and builds up a model of assessing system by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Moreover, the author proves the scientificity and superiority of the model by testing examples and then provides the evidence in making scientific and effective decisions for the administration.
